Due to the nature of goods, we aren't able to offer refunds or returns at this time. But if your item arrives damaged, take a photo and email us within a week to get a replacement product.

For orders under the weight limit, we've got you covered with First Class shipping! ✨ Remember, choosing Priority or Priority Express shipping won't speed up our processing time, as we want to ensure top-notch quality for you. 😇
Unfortunately, we can't control how fast carriers like USPS deliver your goodies, so we're unable to refund shipping transit times. But hey, who doesn't love free shipping? For eligible orders, we'll ship using the most budget-friendly method.
